1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account or using GetLinky ("GetLinky", "we", "us", or "our") you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use GetLinky.
2. What GetLinky is
GetLinky is a SaaS email-outreach platform. It lets users connect their own Gmail account via Google OAuth, then compose, schedule, and send outreach campaigns directly from their Gmail inbox — and view replies in a unified inbox inside GetLinky.
GetLinky does not operate its own email servers. All email transmission occurs through the Gmail API using credentials authorised by you.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use GetLinky.
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to do so.
4. Your account and organisation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Password requirements: your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. You must not share your password with others.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA): organisation owners are required to enable MFA via an authenticator app (TOTP) before accessing the platform. All other users are strongly encouraged to do so. MFA adds a critical second layer of protection to your account and your organisation's data.
- Account lockout: to protect against brute-force attacks, your account will be temporarily locked after a number of consecutive failed sign-in attempts. If you believe your account has been locked due to unauthorised attempts, contact us at support@getlinky.io.
- Password reset: if you request a password reset, a time-limited link (valid for 10 minutes, single-use) will be sent to your registered email address. Using the link to set a new password will invalidate all your existing sessions on all devices. If you did not request a reset, you can safely ignore the email.
- You must notify us immediately at support@getlinky.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Each user within your organisation is bound by these Terms. As the organisation owner, you are responsible for ensuring your team members comply.
5. Google account integration
GetLinky uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail account. By authorising this connection, you grant GetLinky access to:
- Send emails on your behalf — using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope — but only for campaigns you explicitly create and initiate inside GetLinky.
- Read Gmail threads — using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly scope — limited to reply threads from campaigns you have sent through GetLinky, displayed in your GetLinky Inbox.
- Read Send As settings — using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic scope — to fetch your Gmail signature and display name so outreach emails match your standard Gmail format. GetLinky does not modify any Gmail settings.
GetLinky's access to Google user data is used only for the limited purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, in full compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the core features of the GetLinky service.
You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from within the app. Disconnecting removes GetLinky's access and deletes your stored tokens. You may also revoke access directly in your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your use of Google services through GetLinky is also governed by Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use GetLinky only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or emails that violate applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction).
- Send emails to recipients who have not provided appropriate consent where required by law, or who have previously opted out of communications from you.
- Use GetLinky to harass, threaten, defraud, or deceive any person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of GetLinky or any connected system.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the GetLinky platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer GetLinky access to third parties without our written consent.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or technical restrictions imposed by GetLinky or Google.
- Use GetLinky in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service, Gmail API usage policies, or Google API sending limits.
You must use GetLinky only to send emails you are legally permitted to send. You are required to honour recipient opt-outs promptly and maintain compliant consent records. GetLinky may enforce sending rate limits and require opt-out handling to protect users and the integrity of the platform.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all content you create within GetLinky, including email templates, campaign copy, and lead lists. By using GetLinky you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your campaign content, recipient lists, and sending practices. We are not responsible for content you send, or for how recipients respond to it.
8. Privacy and data handling
Our collection and use of your personal data and Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how we access, use, store, and protect Google API data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use requirements. We collect and use only the minimum data necessary to provide the GetLinky service, and we do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
GetLinky integrates with Google APIs and relies on third-party infrastructure providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, including any changes to Google API policies that affect GetLinky functionality.
10. Fees and payment
GetLinky may offer free and paid plans. Billing terms, pricing, and feature limits applicable to your plan are described at the time of purchase or upgrade. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GetLinky, with or without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- We are required to do so by law or by Google's policies.
- Your use poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other users.
- You engage in abusive sending practices that damage the sending reputation of the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@getlinky.io. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
GetLinky is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that GetLinky will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that emails sent through the platform will be delivered or not classified as spam by recipients.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetLinky and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetLinky and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of GetLinky; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any campaign content you send or any recipient list you use; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including Google's terms and API policies.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting a notice in the app and, where practical, by email. Your continued use of GetLinky after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using GetLinky and may terminate your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of GetLinky shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
